what A FABULOUS stay!

The new hotel had a great location. I saw lovely decor throughout. The rooftop pool provided a relaxing atmosphere with superb views. The breakfast restaurant on the thirteenth floor was beautiful I had some nice meals there.
The shower drainage was a little slow water leaked slightly into the toilet area. It really was a small thing in an otherwise stellar experience.

The beautiful twin room featured two comfortable beds with quality linens it had modern furnishings and effective climate control. The room also included a mini-fridge with complimentary water and a well-lit workspace with multiple power outlets.

the location is convenient. staff showed kindness. the room was very clean. they upgraded my room, that was appreciated. the infinity pool and sky bar offered lovely views. i enjoyed cocktails by the pool with wonderful service.
i found a big book with rules. they charged for everything. it didn't feel very cute.

the room felt immense, really. i think it was the best room i've had during my trip. the manager seemed helpful with my needs and sam was friendly, a real charm. i especially liked getting those whatsapp messages, it seemed like they really cared.
the hotel is declared non smoking but has smoking cubicles in the rooms, so the smell of stale tobacco remained.

The breakfast buffet lacked variety. It was mostly the same options each morning. the pastries seemed stale on a couple of days. the gym was small and only had a few pieces of equipment, it definitely needed more to accommodate all guests. the location was okay, but it was a bit of a walk to the main attractions!
